[r6rs-discuss] [Formal] "#! /usr/bin/env" is not "portable." It's Unix-specific.

Zero is quite possible unless the R6RS process requires a complete
working implementation before ratification.  For example people
may like the document, but it may turn out to be very difficult
to implement.  It took years before there was a complete
implementation of standard C++.
