Reusing SRFI numbers will cause confusion and make web searches
harder. And there is no benefit. SRFI numbers will not overflow
any reasonable fixnum range in the next few thousands of years
at least.

SRFIs which aren't already compatible with both R5RS and R6RS and
which aren't obsoleted by R6RS may be gradually updated to have
two variants: for R5RS and R6RS. I'm not sure wheter the updated
variant should have the same number or a different number; perhaps
this should depend on how significant are the differences.
