[r6rs-discuss] Why are fx+ and fx* restricted to two arguments

I predict that, if and when the SRFI editors accept
R6RS-related SRFIs, one of the first such SRFIs will
describe a library similar to (r6rs arithmetic fx),
possibly even with the same names, but with modular
arithmetic instead of the exception-raising semantics.
