[r6rs-discuss] Extending formal comment period

The formal comment period for version 5.92 ends tomorrow.  However, the 
relatively large number of formal comments submitted in the past few days 
seem to indicate that the reminder, which was sent last week, may have been
a little too close to the cutoff date for some, and a slight extension (perhaps 
a couple of weeks) may be useful.
