[r6rs-discuss] Does (r6rs syntax-case) export ..., _, set! ?

It is not specified whether (rnrs syntax-case) exports these literals, or
whether a user would have to import these separately from (r6rs base)
for most useful applications of syntax-case.

Also, I assume that the records library exports bindings for its
literals also, right?  (At one point there was some uncertainty
regarding this.)
