The document at
http://www.r6rs.org/steering-committee/announcement-long.txt was the
*proposal* for a voting procedure, and the schedule was only a
"sample."

The SC has discussed the comments that were made during the comment
period, and we will be coming out with a final document, with a real
schedule, very soon.
