I just sent John a PDF copy of the IEEE Scheme standard and I'm willing 
to send it to others who have a serious interest in Scheme 
standardization (a fair use).

The ACM digital library also has PDFs for many of the Scheme reports and 
I'm willing to send those to anyone in the above group as well.
