It certainly wouldn't be my ideal choice, because it has multiple
return values, a blasphemy.

But whether it would ultimately get my vote would depend a lot on what
the alternatives are, and what voting procedure is used; I can easily
imagine that it might be my 4th or 5th choice, and bubble up to the top
given some IRV-like system.  It would come above "no standard at all" on
my list!  But below R4.

P.S.  I apologize, I've been super busy, and there have been several
days when I just deleted all the Scheme mail without reading it... but
there are one or two things not in any Scheme standard, and not implementable
on top of any Scheme standard afaik, that I keep missing, e.g., ARITY.
